Men's soccer team loses to GCU

The men's soccer team lost 3-0 to the Grand Canyon University Antelopes Friday. The game was filled with collisions and injuries that took two GCU players out for the remainder of the game.

Men's soccer team loses another game

The Dixie State College men's soccer team suffered another heartbreaker as Dominican University scored a golden goal in overtime to win 1-0. DSC goalkeeper Tyler McAninch came out to stop a ball in the air, but as the ball hit the ground McAninch was too late to stop Alec Ziegler of DU from scoring the game winner.

Women's soccer bounces back after recent loss, defeats AAU

The women's soccer team for Dixie State College bounced back from their loss on Tuesday with a win over Academy of Art University 3-0 on Thursday. It was Senior Night at Hansen Stadium as four DSC seniors were honored at halftime. Among the seniors was senior midfielder Carly Haycock, who led the Red Storm in scoring with two goals.

Women's soccer team still in first place even after loss

For the first time since Sept. 5 the women's soccer team suffered a loss, this time at the hands of Dominican University 1-0. Mallory Engelhardt of DU scored the only goal, which came in the 53rd minute. In spite of the 11-game winning streak coming to an end for Dixie State College the Red Storm remain in first place in the Pacific West Conference.
